Witty banter we were once excellent at. Now, sadly, lad banter has taken over (lowering the bar to crass racism and sexism, presumably because some couldn't keep up with the former wittiness) and our skills have been blunted by disuse.

One day we might reclaim our wit but for now it lies broken and defeated under the studded boots of football hooligans.
