Zombies are able to  the surpass the strenght and speed  the human body whenever they want just by  saying how much energy theyw ant to use, example: 100% (the full potential of human body) 200% (twice the full potential mof human body) 300%, 400% and so on. Zombies can not "permanently die" , yeah you can make the zombie explode or burn him/her to ashes, yet the zombie will eventually regenarate as if nothing happened. Zombies are weak to sun, they dry and look like dried grapes, that is why they are usually seen using a parasol when outdoors
