[@Alan Hawke] It's generally thin and simple, but I can't see anything really wrong with it. The height and weight need to be filled in, the fields are simple and up to you, just take your best guess. You put N/A under employment and affiliation, but I'd rather see the phrase unemployed or none. The other thing that stands out is your use of Central City, but Keystone City is the Golden Age counterpart. My critiques are minor, but if you deliver in the IC is important.
