Jack is rather tall standing at about six feet four inches tall. 
Agency: If you looked you would see that he was connected to the CIA until he stole something he shouldn't have. There are references of his past connected to something called Project Juno 

Back"story": Jack Turpin is just your average American expatriate living in England. His records show nothing interesting at all. He is just a normal person. His passport is in working order. Jack works as a bartender at a local pub. He doesn't need the money but he does it cause it is a fun way to meet people. Everyone loves a bartender. 

Past:
 There really was not a life before the Agency for young Jack. If that even is his real name. See Jack cannot remember a life before his eight birthday. All he remembers is the Farm and Project Juno. The American government decided that they needed a new breed of spy. They decided to start training spies from early ages. Their thought was to test if they could use the learning of children to make these spies.

Jack remembers stealing a wallet from a man. From there he was tapped to join Project Juno. He thought he got away with it until the man he robbed showed up in his base. He had stolen from a CIA operative who was out trying to see if they could find anyone for the project and Jack fit the bill. That day [REDACTED] died in a tragic fire and was replaced with Jack Turpin. 

For the next ten years Jack was taught to be the perfect thief.  The idea of the program was that no one would suspect that a child was attempting to rob them. No one would suspect anything. Not many got through the entire program and Jack was one of the few ones left alive. So when he legally could join the CIA, he did and was read into a group called Third Talon. The idea of this group was to do the jobs deemed to dark for the regular Agency. Since Jack did not exist there was no risk if he was caught.

However things were not as they seemed. After three years of working for Third Talon he discovered that Third Talon had gone rogue. Or maybe they were doing these missions under orders from someone high up in the Agency. Jack found out that they were connected to numerous different drug cartels trying to supply money and drugs to different organizations around the world.  Jack tried to steal Intel that would get Third Talon removed from the records. However someone got to Jack before he could get the final piece he needed to, he was disavowed from the CIA. He was knocked out and woke up in London. He still had papers that his earlier days that could help him make himself a new life. He remembered about a safe house in the area and he decided to head there. He needed a place to hide

He now lives in Cornwall as a local bartender. He is currently trying to get the Intel he needs to get Third Talon removed and so he could return to the Agency. His skills as a thief would definitely help him.

Cat like grace: He moves quickly and silently when he wants to be. He is very very sneaky and has no qualms with stealing baubles from the people in the house. When it comes to thievery there are few better.
