CS will be finished in about an hour. Decided to just re-make the setting, add tweaks to make the character fit better. The CS isn't finished with regards to History and Origins (especially as I need to move a part of History over for when I do the Origins bit) but there's the information you need to decide if he's OP, if he fits the tone, if he'll work in the RP/not be annoying to RP with, etc.

Tho you should probably just ignore the 'in about an hour' thing. Test tomorrow.
