Posting Guidelines First and foremost, I would like to discuss posting requirements. Yes, we are in the casual section but that does not mean we are allowed to slack or be boring because a boring role play dies quickly and I’m sure we would all like this to continue for a long while. So here, I will list that which I require from all of us – I included. No. 1, Post Length Casual requires us to post only two or three paragraphs, though considering this as a medium casual role play I would like everyone to post to the best of their ability, with a minimum of two paragraphs per post, per character. Between two and six paragraphs per character is ideal, though more than that is always welcome as long as it’s not a drag along bore that we all have to read through. A single paragraph should be between 5 and eight compound sentences. If it's all fragmented double the sentence count. No. 2, Depth, Description and Quality When posting, keep in mind that a good quality post has a good amount of description and character depth. As mentioned above, a minimum of three posts is required, but having most of it be just dialogue is unacceptable. Describe facial expressions, body language, and tone of voice and NPC audience reactions when the character does a vast amount of speaking. When passive you can easily speak of how the character relates to others, or their background. Does that make sense? No. 3, Frequency I have to say that how often people post tends to greatly affect how a role play progresses. Longer posts do take a certain amount of time to produce, and shorter posts take less time. I would prefer that for now we adhere to the ‘two post rule’ so that we have a sufficient turn order to be able to not leave everyone else behind. As well a post should be written at least once every 36 hours. If you know you will not have time I would ask that you move your character aside and notify me as well as the rest of the group that you will be away for an extended period of time. If you are waiting for someone to post after the 36 hours, let me know and I will attempt to contact them and let them know. No. 4, Interaction A post with no action is often hard to respond to, so, even if your character does not often interact with others often or well, then have them do something that could possibly attract attention. If you do not try, then you cannot complain. If you need help, ask in the OOC for tips or to see who is free. And when spoken to, never ignore those who attempt to interact with you. Current Locations

Not far from the school, into the town there’s a small café that a few of the female students work at. It has theme days and a maid feature every day after eight pm where the girls will dress as maids and keep customers company while they eat. Of course, a companion is a little extra cash for the meal. A lot of the students go here in the morning for coffee or between classes.

The Eclipse dorm is where those who are paired and happy with their match stay for the remainder of their time at the school, each room more of a suite with a large bathroom, two bedrooms – one of course, with a king sized bed – a small kitchen and a den. The students are expected to maintain the place on their own, though each pair is allotted a monthly allowance for food, 300 Canadian dollars; they are expected to earn the rest.

The Crescent dorm is home to the female student body, those who are not matched remain here. Two or three girls each share a room, though not all the rooms are full and sleepovers are allowed only on weekends or holidays. There are movies nights and each floor has a large kitchen were most of the food is kept even though each dorm room has a small kitchenette and a minifridge. Bathrooms are a moderate size and each room has one, as well as a public room on each floor for visitors. The same is true for the girls dorms as the boys - no boys allowed.

The Comet dorm is the building that which the male students live in, two to a room with essentially the same deal as the female students. Each room is practical and they may personalize though storage for sports gear is more common and there’s a meeting room for the male representatives of the student body to gather with females. Meetings are the only time that girls are allowed inside of the buildings.

An extensive maze of a garden, it houses flowers of all kinds, a hedge maze with a pond in the center, trees and a few scattered vegetable gardens. The flowers are maintained by Earth Club members, Flower Club, Gardening Club and school staff on detail. Some pairs come here to get away from others, while some come here to get away from their matches.

A pool meant mostly for classes and club activities, though sometimes there are students who are of a certain species that requires a dip in the water more often. Recreational swimming is available after all club activities are concluded for the day but it closes just after dark and no student is allowed in. Sometimes students will sneak in to swim after dark.

There aren’t very many reasons for a student to come here, all of which involve the match program. Students have their interviews here, do their quizzes and finally meet their match. As well a student will come here if they wish to have a new match selected from the bunch, and that is the only time a student comes down here without being called or having a previous appointment. The room is located in the main school building on the third floor.

The gym is used mostly for classes and training outside of them, as well as club activities and spots practices. Otherwise the gym is rarely used. During a tornado warning students will come here as well. The gym is located in the first basement floor, just below the main school building.

There are benches for students and staff to sit on, and planters with certain flowers and vegetables in them that they have often used for cafeteria lunches and class parties. It's a common place for students to eat lunch or ditch class.
