It would be 24hrs from when the sheet was approved. Personally, I have a harder time following your train of thought than I do Nightrunner's but I've also been RPing with Nightrunner for at least a year now, if not more so I do have an upper hand there. 

EDIT: So 24hrs starting just under an hour ago.
