This would be the point in a lot of good strategies where the hero goes straight for an attack to springboard off of the escape. Contrary to what you pointed out, though, I'm not predictable. I also like to point out what is predictable and cliché. Unfortunately, a lot of people don't realize all the patterns that life takes, and once you counter those patterns, interesting things happen.
