If your strongest move fails, you have a bigger problem than knowing your best move, considering it means they're that much stronger. If they're too strong, you shouldn't be fighting them to begin with. If they're around the same or a bit higher, it'll weaken them enough without you getting exhausted. If they're weak, it's a one hit KO. I do agree that you should know how they can evade first, though. *Sighs* Numa Numa No Mi. *The crystals get sucked into a goop-like substance whenever they appear* I forgot how much I didn't enjoy combat.
But what if, for example, your strongest move is not something they are vulnerable to? What if you have other moves that they may in fact be more vulnerable to? For example, you could hit Ruby with your strongest force possible, but you would fail. However, you may hit her with something she is not invulnerable to, but you cannot do as powerfully, but she may still be taken down.
Hmph. Alright, let's get the big guns. *I reach around behind me and place my hand on the metallic cube on my back. It unfolds, and I fly sligtly up into the air so the size isn't an issue. This armor envelopes my other armor and is much thicker, offering more protection and physical attribute boosts. I now stand at 11 feet tall, and my helmet of my original armor pokes out of the top of the larger armor. Two turrets emerge on my shoulders and start firing yellow beams at the droids with a very fast rate of fire*
*continues to watch, ready to help if it is needed*
