This concept feels fairly combat-oriented, [@Plank Sinatra]. By the lack of being in tune with the Force, we suppose you mean that he's not firmly grounded in the light side of the Force?
There is one small concern: If all he's known is Coruscant, how did he escape the Sacking?
If he was on Coruscant at the time, he would either have been killed or captured. While there may have been one or two who weren't, those were driven insane and would never have been considered for the rescue mission even if they had been around other Jedi.

Most Jedi would also have been trained on several planets. Perhaps they have spent most of their lives on one world, but it would be incredibly rare for someone not to go to any other planets at all. 

How old do you imagine your Jedi being?
Does he have any skills that aren't combat-related?
Do you have a species in mind?
