Eeeeeeeh I'm not sure. Would his sister be part of the Bakery? Also if I allow it, then everyone will get a second character. The only reason I have 3 character is because they're all plot relevant. 

If people are all for it then sure, then I'll allow them all to have a second character and there may be other people to join and then there would be alot of characters. 

Also don't forget everyone, the Bakery may be the main place of interaction but there will be other places to interact such as the school or other places. Since realistically, around only 5 people will be needed at a shift.
