I never guaranteed the people who showed interest first would have their characters accepted. as mentioned above, I have a certain criteria I apply to all characters who fill the particular role the PCs will be in during this RP.
Oh, and Brenner has the most generic badass outfit in all of existence, so don't feel too put out by him using that particular kit.
