Its not turn based, but try to let everyone post at least once before you post again. Unless you are in a scene with another character. I also allow minimal shadowing... Meaning that you can do small acts for the other player. I.E: You can shake hands with another player, just make sure to stay with the character's personality. If they are shy or anti-social. They are probably not going to shake hands.
