Appearance: She formerly was a Caucasian woman with brown hair, blue eyes, and a fairly attractive form. Now she is a cross between human and eagle features. Her feet end in talons and wings protrude from her back. He face has a beak and  her eyes still blue are more piercing then ever. Her hands have talons as well and her body is covered in brown feathers.
Age: 31

Gender: Female

Superpowers: 

Golden Eagle Physiology: Francine was Caught and transformed into a humanoid Golden Eagle. She can fly, has hollow bones and eat raw meat. She is able to dive at prey and snatch it quick. 

Above human strength: She can carry up to 200 pounds and fly, above 200 hundred pounds she has issues.

Eagle Screech: A paralyzing screech which purpose is to immobilize prey.

Skills: Talents: Mulch-lingual, and learned survival skills, some computer skills, memory of airplanes, and 

Equipment: The rags on her back, money she may have found, a bag from her former life.

Weaknesses: 

Split personality: Francine's/Eagle's biggest weakness is the fact that the Eagle and Francine are two separate personalities. (I'll explain this more in the Pysche area.

Psyche: Francine's mind is separated into two areas. The eagle and Francine.

The Eagle: an assertive instinctual being that is brash, greedy and protective of it's nest. The eagle is motivated by simple urges, eating and protective of it's perceived territory.

Francine: A shy woman that wanted to be a pilot but was unable due to poor eyesight she was able to gain her license. Her motivations are fly, help others but she is ashamed of what she became. She has even hidden in her own mind.

History: Francine Fowler was born in Davenport, Iowa her Father was a pilot for a local carrier own by Northwest before it got bought by Delta. She wished to be like her dad and fly planes. Unfortunately her vision was considered too terrible by civil air authorities to fly. She then became a flight attendant on a local airline. 

It was at a stop in Louisville when the White Rain happened. She was caught out in the rain and at first nothing happened. But over a couple of weeks she turned into the eagle woman she is now. At first she was ashamed and ran form those that knew her. Then the persona of the Eagle gained dominance and by the time she ended up in Cleveland little of the former Francine is active in the mind of the Eagle.
