CLEVELAND METROPARKS ZOO "This is just...I don't...look at this, this is unbelievable." A deep baritone echoed through the building. "I mean, look at their little suits!" The penguin exhibit was enclosed, of course, to keep the little guys cool. Guests could come right in to a the building to observe the most famous denizens of Antarctica from behind a pane of glass, allowing a view of them both above and below the water. Danny was crouched down eagerly watching them jet about, tapping the glass and letting out an excited gasp ever time he got one of their attention. He'd been disappointed when he got here. For some reason everything in the city was closed. Luckily for him, unlike a lot of buildings he wanted to visit, this place just had an easily scaled wall. He'd figured there was really no harm just taking a quick look if he was going to come back and pay anyway, and he'd even found a nice person willing to give him a tour. "What're those little ones huddled on the rocks?" He asked her suddenly, causing her to yelp. "A-a-a-adelie." She stammered. Susan Margo was a 33 year old vet that had, in the face of a hulking blue man covered in scars and bits of metal, concluded quite correctly that she was in the presence of some sort of monster. And when a monster called out "Hey, show me the way to the reptile house" you didn't exactly say no. They'd been at this for an hour now, and every time she thought she might break away from him while he was engaged with some animal he had some question. She was at the point where she wished that, whatever he was planning on doing, he would do it already just because she couldn't bear the tension of waiting. "Adelie." he repeated, looking back at the birds. He smiled. "Cute little boogers, aren't they? OH NO THAT ONE FELL IN!" He yelled suddenly, and heard a scream that trailed off into a choking gurgle. Followed by a thump. He turned around to find his guide laying against the wall, eyes rolled up into the back of her head, having fainted dead away. "No, no, no," Danny said, panicky looking back and forth between the woman and the pen. "He's okay, I just didn't know those ones could swim too! Lady?" He tentatively got up, scrabbling over and putting his finger on her neck. "You scared me." He said, with a sigh of relief. "I thought you might have died. Aww man, I've got to get you somewhere. You might have hit your head or something." Gently as he could he picked her up, carrying her laid across both arms, he exited the penguin house. He thought they had passed a map or something when they came in, something he could use to find the zoo hospital, but when he opened the door he couldn't see it on account of the animal parade. Yeah, it was really cool that all these animals were marching through the zoo, but this might be an emergency. He didn't have time to wait for the animals to clear the wa- wait. Something didn't seem right about this scenario. Why would they be having an animal parade if the Zoo was closed? "Hey animals!" He called out. "Why are you having a parade with no one around to see it?"
