Restrictions. Not really... Think about each pokemon as if they where real. If a Machamp can move a boulder than it can! And passive and or hidden abilities are also simply part of the fun. This is the concept we will use so that every thing is simpler.. No Hidden machines. Leveling and evolution is a good question on the other hand.. I have never really run some thing like this so Ideas would be wonderful. But if we want to install a leveling system than best thing too do is get as close to the games as possible.. Though on that note, flaws of the leveling system are that it will restrict our move set and the ability to coordinate our own moves too.(that is what I don't want) So if a leveling system is something we need to incorporate then any ideas are welcome! ^^
