I did not okay Isis being able to control the weather to that extent, alter that now please.

I'm fine with her chilling the IMMEDIATE air temperature, in that she could cause a building to be much colder despite heating or situation, but causing an entire park to hail at a whim is unacceptable.

Before you also mention that Yuki-Onna cause it to snow, I'm aware, and I'm also aware that your CS says she plays her part. However, that was much too powerful and could potentially affect other characters in ways you don't foresee.

The most I will allow is Isis can increase the severity if snow is currently falling, or chill the area and cause frost to form on her IMMEDIATE surroundings *call it a 30 foot radius* but causing a hail during a clear day is too much.

Consider her power based more off the current weather she's in. If it's summer, she can keep herself cool or chill a room. If it's winter and the snow is already falling, she can turn into a heavy fall with hail.
