hmm... I could have sworn that I put "can scan energy signatures from others from a great distance depending on how powerful they are" in his cs, it went under: Others. =) but if it was suppose to be under abilities then I suppose I shall make the necessary edits to his cs =)

I did not know that the character wasn't outwardly charging his power, that's an error on my part, I was kind of tired when I made the post X3
so, I shall make edits to the post =)

also... I don't entirely see how it could be "metagamey"....
