Same as you do with regular images, my friend! I simply use the [img] [/ img] (Minus that space, of course), with a gif instead of jpeg. For example,

[img]http://33.media.tumblr.com/493b7094c4842b79c41a3016ccfdc676/tumblr_inline_mksnpjfyU71qz4rgp.gif[/ img] Without a space would be
