Bio: Sumireko Usami is a college student in the Outside World and the first president of the Sealing Club, a group of girls that tries to expose the fantasy to the world of humans. She used her power to create the Occult Balls, items of artificial magic that allows people to use the power of urban legends against each other. Currently, she tries to expose the world of Gensokyo to the rest of the humans.
