I mean like he can watch or record people and therefor he knows all sorts of information about them, and if they are trying to keep secrets from him, he can probably go up to them in a disguise and convince them to reveal their secret to him and then use the secret knowledge for his own personal gain.

Also I edited my c.s. a bit changing certain words in it to make it better.
