[@HHShetland] I do like the idea, however it boarders a bit on op. The backdrop on the story is war,  and essentially,  that is part of what Jeltheor is doing (trying to make super soldiers to win his war) so I won't rule it out. But I would like to limit the amount that we have, if any. Make up a cs, if you wouldn't mind. We'll tweek it if need be, but I do think we can fit something like this in our story.
