[b]Description:[/b] Blur has his coded name imprinted on his right shoulder. His blue eyes shift and dance like flames, but can be doused with tinted lenses with the click of a switch on his hood. He stands at 5'9" and has a well built athletic physique. His left forearm (primary knife arm) has robotic augmentations and is slightly larger than his right (primary pistol arm). Small metal sheaths with attached hooks sit on the underside of both his wrists, containing his throwing knives.

[hider=Powers/Weaknesses]
[b]Powers:[/b] 
[i]Gravity manipulation[/i] : Blur can manipulate or generate gravitrons, as well as other types of gravitational interactions but must be able to see the target. The force available when generated or manipulated is directly proportional to how close it is to Blur - standing in the middle of a large building and generating a gravitron at his feet would crush the building to dust. Blur is immune to the effects generated unless he chooses not to be. The generated fields last only a few seconds, manipulated fields stabilize after the same amount of time.

[i]Kinetic Immunity[/i] : Blur is immune to any form of kinetic energy that he can register before it hits. His brain immediately generates a gravitational field to disperse/absorb the energy as a reflex. 

[i]Super Human speed[/i] : Blur moves at around 10 times faster than the average human.

[b]Weaknesses[/b]: Blur has an extremely weak immune system and so cannot be without his [u]respiration mask [/u]for more than a few hours before the risk of death. If exposed to an [u]electrical current [/u]of more than 100 volts Blur cannot see.

[b] Brief History:[/b] Blur is human with augmentations, it is all he really knows about himself. He honestly cannot explain his abilities and only uses them for good, unless he is great pain - then he can become manic. He remembers a torturous laboratory, waking up on the bed and killing the guards. Since then he has been surviving, as well as hunting down people like those he escaped from, doing what he can. He's done a few covert operations by himself, he enjoys the rush they bring.
