Write-up looks fantastic! ^^ Looks like everything new players would need to know is in there :D The finer details of the democracy could be put into the actual OOC, right? By that I mean the veteran's approving new character thing ^^' 

Did you not want to upload it? :S I don't mind popping it into the interest checks and keeping an eye on it if you don't want to <.< Assuming this would still go into the Casual section?
