I know that not everything here is canon to Fallout, but it is stated in the Fallout Bible that there are only 120-or so Vaults made by Vault-Tec. Sorry if that's a problem. I know its not my decision to change anything, but I know just about all there is to know about Fallout and its Lore, and everything that goes with it. It's not a huge problem, it's just stated in Fallout Canon, even though it is true that the Fallout Bible isn't completely 100% Canon.
