“What is it?” Kyle asked.

Drew pulled out the two pieces of carved stone from his bag. “These are runic traps that are currently holding Fiendfyre, courtesy of Ronan. I was thinking of using them at the manor, if that would be alright with you. After all, Ronan did ask me to cause some damage, and there’s nothing much more deadly than magical fire.” Even if his request seemed a bit extreme and out of the blue, Callaghan paid it no mind. He simply wanted to do his job as well as possible.

“Blow up the manor?” Kyle raised an eyebrow.

Drew shrugged. “More or less. And it might lead the Death Eaters to think we killed Mia rather than rescue her. It might get them off her trail.”

“I am all for that place being burned to the ground, and any extra possibilities that it leaves is just perfect too.” Kyle nodded. “Burn it.” There was fire in his voice as he said it. 

“Gladly,” Drew responded with a smirk. “Now I just gotta let Luther and Blake know to get out of the manor before it goes up in flames.”

“That’s probably for the best.”
