Personality: Arrogant, ambitious, and egocentric, Kavokan will do anything to get what he wants. He is uncaring about anyone but himself and will not hesitate to put others in harms way to further his own goals.
Powers: Technomancy; the ability to control technology
Electrokinesis; the ability to control lightning and electricity.
Ability: Possesses a jetpack along with two wrist mounted devices that can produce electricity for Kavokan to control. Can be destroyed, therefore are a vulnerability.
History: On the run from his home due to an attempted coup, Kavokan has fled to Davenport to hide.
