Most of us won't be actually [b]creating[/b] the world, meaning people like Undasis (who's gonna create a whole dang ocean) are going to be far behind in levels but have a much greater sphere of influence.

I can always retreat into the ocean and build up my levels before emerging as a humongous Kraken, afterall.
