I plan on introducing characters as the RP goes on, but there won't be any super-duper heroes from this faction. Mostly, there will be scholars, mayors, militia, and scholar-warriors.

I like to reserve Characters for "final-draft" applications. If there are any errors then it can be corrected as I find it. Otherwise posting it here in OOC I'm considering it as a sort of move towards peer-review.

And so I also don't loose any apps when things drag on or I forget.
