Jennifer Marissa Caspin
[sub][@ToadRopes][/sub]
Thank God. They walked off. Now all she has to do is... Handle the girl those Iron Cross assholes were harassing. Jen just couldn't believe that they'd do that in broad daylight. In a crowded place like this... They weren't the smartest with their plan. Either way, Jenny was glad that things didn't get violent. The girl they knocked down was certainly firey (Which likely played a part in why they left). While they knocked her down, expecting her to be scared, she got right back up, and started giving them what they gave to her. That was the kind of attitude people respected around here in Verthaven. Though, fighting them probably wouldn't have ended well. Since they're a major gang in the city, even Jen knew that they wouldn't hesitate to beat a group of non-white kids without a second thought. Though, Jen had the fleeting suspicion that these kids weren't from around here. When the girl thanked Jen, she stumbled for a second. Wondering what she should say in response. Especially given that "not all white people" comment made her especially cautious. "...U-uh, yeah. No problem." She, nervously, said to Ratchet. Quickly scanning the girl. Well, the first thing Jen noticed about her was that she was Asian. She was actually pretty tall compared to Jenny, that was the most striking feature. She had her brown hair tired back into a pony-tail. The other thing that Jen noticed was that she wasn't exactly extremely feminine. With the oil stains, broad shoulders, outfit, and the somewhat muscular framed, Jen got the feeling that Ratchet didn't exactly sit around doing nothing. During her examination, her eyes drifted towards her arm... Wait... That's not an actual arm... She quickly noted, though, she didn't know what it was. She was kinda cute, Jen actually had to admit - Her eyes shot open. She felt like a pervert checking her out like this! Jen turned her head away abruptly, hoping that Ratchet didn't notice. She awkwardly tried to change the subject, "Look, uh, lots of people around Verthaven just don't like them." Though, Ratchet was pretty... heated. Yeah, she was mad. So were her friends(?). They definitely weren't from around here. She needed to calm them down. Because if they did something stupid, things wouldn't end well. "Hey, easy," Jen tried to ease them down, putting up a hand. "Those guys are Iron-Cross, they'll really hurt you if you cross-" Only after she said this, did she realize the terribly inappropriate pun. "-them. Just... let it go, you held your ground, so I doubt they would have bothered any of you." She said. Jennifer felt that introductions were in order. "... I'm, uh, Jennifer. Nice to meet you all."

Michelle Brianna Gallus

Anastasia was virtually invisible to Michelle. In a crowd of people this large, it became hard to differentiate one from another - they were just one blob. Whether or not they were staring. She gets that a lot. On and off duty. On Duty, she's a heavily-armed NEST Agent. Off duty, she's a giant woman. She's gotten used to the stares at this point. What Michelle was really paying attention to was the large group of people pushing their way down the street. They looked trashy, unstable, and wild. They looked very drugged up, dirty, like they liked under the bridges of Verthaven - and covered in tattoos. No, no... They fit the very M.O of the Fiends. They just needed the gas masks (Right now, they look like they pulled clothes out of those donation bins). This couldn't end well. The Fiends in an area this populated? That's just a recipe for disaster. Michelle quickly grasped the radio that was on her breast, and put it to her mouth. "Command, I have something to report," "Yes, Agent Gallus?" Ariella said on the other side of the radio (She also operates the radios - shut up). "I've spotted some suspected Fiends in Sector-eight, heading southward to Sector-Seven." "Roger that." Agent Ariella said, "I'll contact the V.P.D. and have them check it out. You stay in your current post." "Alright, Agent Gallus out." Michelle said, rolling her eyes up into her head. Every bone in her body was telling her to tail them - since NEST has an interest in the Fiends - but orders are orders. She can't do much until it's confirmed that they're affiliated with the Fiends. Either way, she would keep an eye out. Just because she wants to tail them, doesn't mean that she should break post. Though, across from her, Michelle eyeballed a suspicious woman with red-hair, and in a red dress.... Hm.
