Anyone can feel free to post characters directly to the Characters tab -- I don't plan on rejecting anyone who's interested enough to make a character. :) I'll let you know when you're approved, which generally isn't long.

The IC is not ready for posting yet, by the way! There'll be a first actual post once we've got a head count.
