Not sure. That's up to [@Gowi] but I would be okay with it as long as you were trying to be THE military house of Skavia. Plus the Vynts raid us all the time so your troops could gain experience just from defending our shores. Not sure the average house would do that but the house that strives to be the big time soldier producer would make sense.
