Miki observed the railroad tracks and the annoying raised bridge. She had given this particularly troubling problem a lot of thought and had even come up with a crazy kind of distraction. 

She drug out a large garbage bag filled with smaller prepared waste bags filled with two spray cans of disinfectant a sterno can and shredded news paper. The general idea was while untested simplicity it's self.

[Color=LightSeaGreen][B]"Okay I made up 8 bags to give us plenty of noise, in each of these bags are flammable disinfectants and an a sterno can. I've used wire clothes hangers to bundle the cans together so that that should make a satisfying bang when they go off which hopefully will draw every shuffler down there up the tracks so two people can cross an lower the bridge.
