Alice was playing with the necklace she got on her sixteenth birthday a few months back and admired its pink color. She normally wasn't a fan of such a girly color, but the pink had a calming effect on her. She never wore it out where everyone could see it though and always made sure to tuck it under her shirt. She knew she was going to head to Adelisa's house later today but she still had a couple of hours til then. 

Meanwhile, Ninja, her ferret, snuck up behind her and cuddled along her leg. [color=ec008c]"Oh Ninja, you're going to get hair all over my jeans,"[/color] she chuckled, gently pushing him off her. She put the necklace back around her neck and tucked under her grey flannel. She walked over to her desk and decided to try to write a poem to help pass the time until it was time to go.
