[@Thantos] Both blades flaming with magic, Chakan rode the back of the beast's haunches as it crashed, one head missing, to the ground. Blood poured forth from the severed neck as a hellhound, a cerberus, guardian of the underworld was maliciously slain. Chakan cared not for the proper servants of the god of death. She hated them, all of them. Blades still quietly flickering orange heat, she lowered her head until the brim of her hat hid her glowing eyes, and she advanced at a walk deeper into the dark, cave-like portal. Her deal with Death was that she would be given immortality if she beat him in single armed combat, which she, unlike any other mortal being, had accomplished, but now she couldn't escape from her reward of eternal life. The only opportunity thus far offered, was that she hunt and destroy all evil, and only when all evil had been eliminated from the mortal planes would she be permitted rest. This effectively damned her for eternity, and she was pissed. But the god, Darko, had called, and if he called her, then she might get the chance to cut his divine head from his shoulders. That was her cute mortal dream, much to her god's twisted amusement. Chakan continued into the brink of Hades, at the river Styx. Narrowing her eyes, she awaited the mysterious ferryman.
