 Oscar stands 6’1 tall, broad shoulders and is well built. He has short fair black hair and blue eyes. He weighs 200 pounds which most of it is because of muscle. He wears a leather jacket because it is sturdy and has many pockets for easy access to small tools that he carries.

Biography: Despite cold-hearted when reminded about being motherless and have the tough guy attitude, he has a good humour and is a man of his word. His grandfather and mother, when she was still carrying him, seeking for shelter while they were on the run from raiders that attacked their traveling caravan. His father, who was one of the guards, stayed behind to allow his mother and grandfather. Soon after, she gave birth to him however she died during the operation. Oscar never knew his father however his Grandfather was a good enough for a father figure. His grandfather told Oscar about the world before the war and Oscar was fascinated, particularly in the old world tech. So he decide that he wanted to be a person who would be part of a team that would start to rediscover how to make the old tech. So in school, Oscar put all his energy into the skills that will help to achieve his dream. He spend most of his free time with the scientists or maintenance workers. Despite the superior equipment and education the vault, Oscar feels that to truly achieve his dream, he must leave the vault and explore the world and find the old world tech. Oscar also like to draw the things that his grandfather describes in his stories. Although these are not detailed in how they are built but it gives Oscar a idea to what tech he may find out in the outside world.
