It has been brought to my attention that Leviathans are a bit OP... Which I realize, I was debating whether or not to include them in the first place. But [@ArenaSnow] had the wonderful idea to make them strictly game moderators, to keep other characters in line. So, I now have to approve any Leviathan applications.
