Fury obtained the full mount with relative ease and prepared for his opponent, who would grow ever more frantic to escape as time passed and his energy made the Fireen stronger, to attempt to bump him and throw him off. He felt Kanitah trying to obtain some advantage with his legs so he quickly dropped his weight forward and attempted to seize control of Kanitah's head from around the back of his neck with his right arm. While doing this, Fury also fought with Kanitah’s legs, attempting to hook them back and out rather than allowing them to get inside and do the same to Fury, which Fury would have an advantage with being in control of the full mount. Characteristically, Kanitah was making jokes at what could be one of the most dangerous points in his life. Fury, having little to say, simple grinned at him in that ferocious way warriors do when they sense they’re winning a fight. The next few moments would be critical for Kanitah, could he throw the Fireen? Or was Fury to have victory with his immense advantages in grappling.
