Deep within the now desolate remains of a once bustling city, the hordes of the undead shamble and roam the streets. Nothing is left of society, save for the dishevelled and hard to read labels over the empty shops that dot the landscape. Small fires and bits of debris are scattered everywhere, the remnants of a disaster that changed the world into an abandoned wasteland.

A lone survivor lives amongst the ruin, moving from place to place, keeping out of the undead's reach. Living each day knowing it could be his last, he holds out hope, trusting only in his skills and his supplies. He would have been content to survive on his own, to slowly fight the inevitable end that awaited him. That is, of course, until he found... her.
