Meltdown would make for a good battering ram, especially since his malleable skin could make short work of most bulkheads. Basically he's like the T-X from [i]Terminator 3[/i], except he has an organic core rather than a robotic one.

Hardline would be better for a stealth entry. By taking small electrical items she could change her body into something resembling a snake which could easily make its way through service lines and ventilation systems to get inside without being detected. Once there she could interface with the base security systems and either disrupt or disable them.
