Personality: Very analytical, usually kind on the outside. Ruthless and calculating.

History: Almost nothing is known about Mr. Cypher, except that he became CEO almost overnight. His ascent through Helios was rapid, and no one knows how he claimed the top seat. He made the company what it is today, and was also the one who took charge against the "Metahuman Menace".

Appearance: 6'2", chiseled, angular features. Bright blue eyes. Lean build with athletic musculature. Usually wears a black suit with gold trim, similar to the Helios logo. Otherwise, he is often seen in a casual outfit that features a very expensive black and gold jacket, a black business shirt and black slacks, with dress shoes or occasionally boots.
