Jareth sped down the roads in Old Faithful, she spitted and sputtered when she ran, but she always got him to where he was going. He was the lucky third owner of the car, which was originally owned by a loving father that passed it down to his teenage daughter who sold it for a few hundred bucks on craigslist, claiming that it was a 'good car and all' but it 'just didn't fit her tastes', to him that's code for 'I'm an ungrateful, spoiled bitch.' The last thought had his mind drifting to his ex, but no, he quickly quashed the image of her face as he turned into the parking area outside the condo. His life didn't revolve around her anymore, and he wouldn't let thoughts of her eat into his awesomely planned spring break vacation with friends. Putting the engine to a stop, Jareth opened the car door and ducked his head out to get a better view. He let out a sharp whistle of appreciation "Now that's some real beauty there," he said to no one in particular. Eager to see if his friends had arrived yet, Jar opened his trunk to reveal a couple cases of his favorite beer, Yuengling, his acoustic guitar, his travel-friendly DJ gear, and a medium-sized duffle bag stuffed with clothes and other recreational party enhancers. It was a lot for one man to carry up seven floors, so he ventured inside. A place this fancy was bound to have one of those elevator carts that bellhops use to carry luggage for guests. Sure enough, the condo had such a cart and Jareth took to loading it with all of his shit, catching a glimpse of Hunter's ride as he did so. Good, so at least one of his buddies was already here. The line for the elevator was long, but worth the wait. Jareth used the time to look around and take in his surroundings, impressed with how swanky the joint was. He made a mental note that one of his new goals was to become famous enough that a place like this would be his new normal. Jar made it to room 724 and unloaded his stuff at the door, another college student eagerly took the cart from him to use for her own mountain of luggage. Jareth opened the door just as Hunter walked into the front room, probably having heard the commotion at the door. "Shit, dude, look at this place!" Jareth exclaimed excitedly, a bright smile plastered on his face "This trip is going to be dope, it's just what we need right now, man."
