Grant looked round at the condo as he entered, suitcases trailing behind him. This is nice, he thought to himself, grinning. This is real nice. And it was. He'd never spent a vacation in anywhere this luxurious before, and he would gladly have spent forever here if just a week wasn't already costing him an arm and a leg. Besides, he had an internship waiting for him right after the week, and couldn't afford to miss it. It would be a valuable opportunity to make the sort of connections that would get him hired right after law school. He'd spotted Hunter's El Camino outside and Jar's battered junkyard car and figured he was the last to arrive. Late for the first time. He opened the elevator on the way up for a woman, who happened to be followed by two gorgeous girls that winked at him as he entered. He gave them a flirtatious smile back, although his heart wasn't in it. He'd been trying to fall into the routine of girl after girl, desperate to get over Adelisa after their breakup, but he missed her. She was unorthodox, an eyebrow raiser, and her loud personality fit his perfectly. Except for the part where she didn't care about appearances. That had messed him up big time, and he wasn't entirely sure who was at fault. He sighed, pressing the seventh floor button. Never mind, he was here for the exact reason of forgetting about her. And he was going to. He entered the room, slamming the door open. "Guys, is this place the shit or what?" He crowed, shoving his suitcases into the corner and going to flop onto a lush couch. "I am so ready to do absolutely nothing."
