This is a bit of a nitpick, but what made you guy's think that Cereza would be a good leader for CLRT? She has only minimal leadership traits that showed in the description of her personality, she doesn't understand people at all, has little to no respect for the lives of others and is by your own description somewhat amoral, the only thing she has going for her as a leader is her brain, she's smart and clever enough to lead in combat, but she isn't empathic enough to lead outside combat
