A bit late (10 hours! Woops! I fell asleep), but WOG stands for "[url=http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/WordOfGod]Word of God[/url]." 
In this case, however, it would stand for "Word of Game-master" (So it was kind of a pun? Maybe?).
