Alex had been too excited to really listen to everyone's responses to the spar, her blue glare staring down the priest at the door before watching as Gippal and Naisha passed her. Rolling her eyes at Gippal at his words she was about to follow before watching Urick stop beside her before approaching the priest at the front door of the temple and chase him off before holding the door open for the tall red head. Looking like nothing happened. Rolling her eyes, the tall woman walked closer until she was beside him. "You don't need to pretend to be the big scary guy for me Ya know. I do that plenty, and have been dealing with these jerks for years. But thanks, Uri." Alex smiled, lightly patting his shoulder before walking inside. The soft hum of the temple made her pause, it was so quiet yet not as much compared to the usual silence of the temple. Naisha was the first to react, demanding the priests when this started. Probably from all those stories that they were told as children. But still, it's been over twenty years... Could this really be anything? Yet, Alex could feel a sudden throb within her head. That was odd, usually she didn't get the headaches unless she stayed in the temple for more than thirty minutes. Something definetly was wrong. It was then Alex saw that weird girl, seeming to have one of the temple spheres. Using it to open the door to the cloister of trails before entering. The Priests called out, trying to say it was forbidden but it was too late. "We better get going then, there are plenty of fiends running around in there." Alex said in response to Naisha saying they needed to go to the chambers of the fayth. The red head was already heading up the steps, before getting promptly wacked on top of the head by a iron staff by the High Priest. "Ow! What the #%#% was that for you old geezer?!" Alex growled, her eyes narrowing as she glared furiously at the priest. Glaring back the elderly man grunted. "No one is allowed in the Cloister of Trails. It's tradition. Especially you." he scolded in that grating tone of his. Alex's eye twitched as she grinded her teeth together, her temper flaring before she snatched the staff from the high priest's hands and snapped it in two with her bare hands. Throwing the pieces to the floor she glared at him. "Well someone went in there and you are apparently too dumb to realize to know what's going on so get out of the way!" Alex roared before quickly bolting through the door. Walking into the untouched part of the temple, the tall woman quickly moved through the halls. Where did that girl go? As she turned a corner, a dingo was there sniffing around. She narrowed her eyes, watching it look up at her before promptly ignoring her by continuing walking. Alex didn't know why, but Fiends just seemed to ignore her most of the time. But the red head quickly unsheathed her sword from the back of her hips and slashed the blade against the beast, causing it to yelp and disappear in a burst of light filled orbs. Sheathing the blade she continued on until she found that girl. "Hey! What do you think your doing here? You better have a good reason for it." Alex said with a growl before holding her head. Her head throbbed and pounded harder than ever. It seemed to be worsening the deeper she went into the temple. She's never been this far, only looked at maps of it Tidus and Lady Yuna had of it. Compared to other temples, this one wasn't so big.
