Well, rail weapons aren't ultra common as those tanks would be very very expensive. 

Granted True Asia has railgun tanks but it is not a majority. Traditional main battle tanks are still very common and extremely easy to maintain.

Obviously this is just me and my long term goal is to replace current traditional tanks with high end advanced battle tanks.
