Cersei is a deeply damaged bitch of a woman who has gradually had everything she loves stripped from her one thing at a time, ironically due to her own twisted machinations - which are, in turn, the result of her unbreakable, crippling insecurity and neuroticism. What the hell is desirable about being her as opposed to Daenerys: one of the most beautiful women in the world, with many powerful advisors and thousands of followers who're almost cult-like in their devotion, the only person in the world with access to dragons, and, most importantly, plot armour thicker than the fucking Wall?
