I would say we would be a variation of the deathwatch, with Terminators pulled from every kind of chapter.

If the Deathwatch is a last resort, then the Inquisition just needs terminators. They could occasionally drag lesser ranked terminators out of their indivual chapters and initiate them into the deathwatch, in hopes of preserving resources for other more valuable terminators.
