The United Kingdom of Great Britain hereby issues a formal [b]threat[/b] of [b]violent action[/b] against the state apparatus' of the USAE and her co-belligerents in the hostilities occurring in the Middle East. The USAE has shown a virulent disrespect for international law, and, on the part of her leaders, a political short-sightedness that can only be accurately described as insanity. As a neutral state disinterested in the imperialist and religious conflicts of the undeveloped world, the United Kingdom nonetheless deems necessary a minimum level of civility, decorum and rational thought be present in international communications. Behaviour unbefitting of that minimally required must be subject to due consequence. 

For nuclear proliferation, initiating violence against neutral states, threats of genocide, threats of nuclear aggression and other behaviours unacceptable for any person and warranting total removal of power and authority, the United Kingdom of Great Britain denounces as illegitimate the government of Shah Alamgir II of the USAE. Let hereby be known that any and all acts of nuclear aggression by any entity against any entity shall be responded to in kind by the military of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, including both nuclear retaliation and more advanced forms of violence heretofore unknown by the USAE, her allies, or the international community at large. May peace reign, and devices of devastation gather dust.
